He began his financial service career in
the late 80’s
by founding a retail operation, which he grew at an annual
rate of 800 clients per registered
representative. To maintain a high level of service along
with this volume
of growth, he learned everything he could about client
conservation: the technology, methodologies,
implementation...from the best practices of the industry,
and from his own
successes and mistakes.
